Well, neither Mauritius Telecom / Orange, nor Emtel are probably able to offer the bandwidth needed to handle the traffic of such a website and the price for hosting such a website in MRU is also quiet high compared to what the international market offers.

Last but not least .... the whole site would immediatly be stopped if Wikileaks would leak something about MRU or even worse about the PM ... down to postion 150 or even worse ...
