On Thursday 13, Friday 14 and Saturday 15 November PAWS will be holding its annual Fund raising campaign asking for donations to keep its work going. Voluntary aides collect money at places where Mauritians and guests on the island spend their money: Supermarkets, Filling Stations, Banks etc.
In the North this campaign will be held at Pereybere, Grand Bay, Trou aux Biches, Riche Terre and Goodlands. Unfortunately we don’t have enough volunteers in these places, who are willing to collect money for 2 ½ hours or more either on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Those of you who want to participate and by doing so help to keep the number of stray dogs and stray cats within a controlled and sensible level please contact Cedric Marin, phone 263 7575.
