Legends or shandrani for a honeymoon in august?

We are want to spend our honeymoon in mauritius augustus/september.
We have narrowed it down to 2 options legends hotel and hotel shandrani.
Legends is EUR 500,00 more than shandrani and we were wondering if it is really worth it becase shandrani also looks great and the rooms are bigger en look nicer.

But maybe in that periode the location of legends is beter?

Can anyone advise if Augustu is really bad to be spending at the eastcost at the shandrani hotel?
