casuarina hotel

Having just read 3 bad reviews on the casuarina hotel and we are booked in 3 weeks time.Has any one stayed there?? Whats it like ??

Have just returned from 7 days there early March and don't really agree with the other reviews. We went, with our 4 year old son, and had a lovely time. I did not find the front office staff particularly helpful or friendly but thought the restaurant staff and other staff around the hotel were excellent. I believe the hotel is advertised as a 3+ star hotel and thought it was very nice for this rating. Rooms clean and nice, gardens lovely, close to nice beaches, shops, bus etc. Sun lounges were a problem but we refused to join the brigade that reserved their lounges early and then took off the day!! so we sometimes missed out. We went 1/2 board and found this suited our situation. Hope this helps!
