Is this true? What does "quite windy"actually mean??
I am slightly concerned!!
Don't be, quite windy probably means that it can feel a little chilly at night when exposed to the wind (a jumper might be helpful at night). It is still quite warm during the day, though stronger winds can make the currents in the sea a little stronger - you tend to get dragged to one side of the beach when you stay still in the water.
As for the rain, it's like anywhere else, but the east is a bit wetter than the north or west of the Island.
