I will be travelling to Mauritius between 28 June and 18 July from Scotland and will stay in a villa located between Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy on the north west coast.
I have read a range of comments on this forum and others about what the weather will be like at that time of year. I know that it it the mauritian winter at that time of year and I am not expecting very high temperatures. However, we are treating this as a trip of a lifetime and we want to be sure that the weather will not be so bad that we cannot enjoy our stay. We would clearly like to look forward to some sunshine and be able to swim in the sea etc.
I would be very grateful if those of you who live on Maurititius or have visited in June or July could give me an honest and realistic view on what we might expect.
