wedding in mauritius

hi
i am looking for some advice on a good time of year to get married in mauritius. i'm confused by all the sites i have looked on regarding climate.
i like hot sunny weather and don't want to get rained on, although i don't mind rain at night!!

please help if you can, any advice much welcomed

Hi Laura. The really hot season in Mauritius is around Nov to Feb, but this also happens to be the rainy season so you take a risk. The Mauritian " winter" is the same time as the Uk summer, but the weather is still very nice and warm in Mauritius at this time, and there is less rain. I went to a wedding in August and it was a lovely warm day, wth no rain. Hope this helps.
