WLAN U mean ??

Beitragvon Leroy » Fr Mär 02, 2007 15:51

Yo Nypy !!!

Not that way what U mean example here in Finland,( Homerun etc. Public WLAN technology) There´s operator(s) who has
WLAN-technolgy internet connections, but U have to "buy connection"....

My brother in law in MTIUS has tested a bit those serviceareas, and it´s bit
"workin´or not workin"

Very sharply i don´t know about those hotels own WLAN-systems, but ever heard...

I´m workin at Sonera myself , so i´m very intresting in about those connections........Anyway, The Best Vacation there...

Leroy,

Nomad is not a trustworthy Wireless provider. Its been having lots of problems recently and has lost many of its suscribers!!!!

FORGET ABOUT NOMAD!!!!

Nypy,

That's the fist time I've heard about Wireless VLAN. Well anyways...I dunno. WHy would you need a wireless VLAN anyways? You won't be granted access to the network architecture as a customer and even ridiculous being allocated wireless access.

You'll just be eligible as a customer to use wireless access points for Internet only unless there's an internet cafe (wired) in the premises.

What I can tell you though is some hotels have wireless access points in the bungalows; some of them are free while for others, you'll have to pay for!

Regards

Yes Leroy,

I know WLAN but he's talking about

VLAN Wireless ( Wireless Virtual Local Area Network) which I guess is different or it might have been a mistake while he was typing.

Anyways thx and take care people,
