Let me narrow your search on the guidelines:
The document you're after is "Acquisition of property for Business Purposes". It's got a roadmap layout of what steps to follow but it's really worth noting the 3mil MUR annual turnover stipulated.
I think it's still worthwhile fully understanding these guidelines even if you want to go through a 3rd party/consultant.
