I am unaware of online shopping of groceries in Mauritius. Online shopping of anything at all in Mauritius is not common. You cannot pay electricity, water or other bills electronically using the internet. The country is quite backward, compared to many countries when it comes to internet trading.

Whoever coined the phrase "cyber island" for Mauritius obviously had a good sense of humour.
