Hi markmc27,

I don't really have a clue about that. However, phoning the Internet Service Providers for complaints are toll free!

You might want to know more if you visit the mauritius telecom portal website.

http://www.mauritiustelecom.com/

When it comes to telephony and internet, the situation is quite monopolised in Mauritius...unfortunately.

Hope this helps

Moving to Mauritius from Dublin

Postby johnjoe20 » Fri Jun 06, 2008 17:18

Hi Marc,
est is history>>
Nice to hear you are moving to Mauritius - what brings you here?

Where are you intending to live? Where abouts in Dublin are you living now?

I was born on Capel Street Dublin , moved to Cabra, Harolds Cross and landed up in Ballyferm ot. Moved to the UK and stayed there. Got married to a girl from Mauritius and the rest is history.

Love it here, weather great all the time , laid back, and chap to live.
I miss the 'crack' as they say. But I do a little work and enjoy the rest.

Keep in touch , and if you need any info let me know. My wife has a vry large family here, so we are NEVER bored!!

Best Wishes

Hi Marc I sent you a PM.

I am a Skype user and Voipwise user and ring my Sister in Baldoyle each day for free on Voipwise.

It might be useful to talk to you directly about Mauritius etc, if you like, anyway I hope all goes well for you in the future.
