Hi everybody, I'm writing from Italy! At the end of February my future husband and I would like to come to Mauritius for our honeymoon... anyway we're worried for the weather. We'd like to stay to the Paradise hotel (le Morne) 'cause the travel agency told us it's the most sheltered. We don't wont to stay all the 10 days of our holiday closed in the hotel 'cause of the rain!!! Please, do you think I'm gonna find bad weather for many days? Which is your opinion about the hotel? Is it true that the north area is better to avoid the rain? HElp us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,
It is unlikely that you will have 10 consecutive days of rain at le Morne unless the island is affected by a cyclone which could occur occasionally in february/march. As common in all tropical islands, a rain shower can be expected at any time but Le Morne is well sheltered and you should have nice weather for your honeymoon in Mauritius. The hotel is ideal for a romantic holiday.
